Employees who are classified as regular full-time are eligible for coverage
in our benefit program which includes:
- Medical plan (2 plan options)
- Prescription Drug Plan
- Dental Plan
- 401K and profit sharing (after one year of employment)
- Basic Life Insurance
- Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- Long Term Disability
- Workers’ Compensation
Full-time employees also earn VS (vacation and sick pay) accruals biweekly beginning
upon date of hire, which may be taken as accrued after 6 months of employment.
In addition to VS, employees are granted 7 paid holidays per year.
