What do I need to know about follow-up visits? |
| A. |
For follow-up visits, it is advisable to make your appointment before you leave our office. If this is not possible, our scheduling department will contact you to insure your appointment is within the time frame recommended by your physician.

Which insurance companies are you affiliated with? |

• We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurances.
• As a courtesy, we bill secondary insurance carriers for our patients.
• We accept assignment for Medicare.
• We also accept credit cards.

How long will it take for me to get my test results? |

Results from tests conducted in the clinic are available within five (5) working days unless the test is positive at which time you and your referring physician will be notified immediately.

After hours our answering service will direct you to the appropriate physician for care depending on the medical situation.

Can I request a CVC physician if I find myself in the emergency room of a hospital? |

If you present yourself to a local hospital emergency room for cardiac care you CAN request a CVC physician.

How do I get refills for my prescription? |

Who can help me by phone if I have medical questions? |
| A. |
Medical questions by phone are handled by a staff of nurses and reviewed by a physician or mid-level provider, then the information is relayed to you as soon as possible.
